Approval to award Bid No. 2021-013 for Sale of Surplus Property at 1207 Avenue L to highest ranked respondent, Team Facey Real Estate, LLC.
SUMMARY:
The City of Fort Pierce is the owner of real property located at 1207 Avenue L, identified by Parcel ID: 2404-801-0055-000-5, with a legal description of: PROSPERITY PARK BLK 3 LOT 4. The property was declared surplus by the Fort Pierce City Commission on September 21, 2020 via Resolution 20-R42. Fuller-Armfield-Wagner Appraisal & Research Inc. performed an appraisal on November 10, 2020 and valued the property at $45,000. The CBS structure has a standard floor plan for age/design with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1,109 square feet of gross living area above grade. The property is currently in fair/unhabitable condition. Bid number 2021-013 was issued on December 4, 2020. The invitation was sent to 396 vendors. Five (5) vendors requested specifications with five (5) responding. In accordance with the Fort Pierce Code of Ordinances, Section 101-23 (4), the Planning Board reviewed the request and forwarded a recommendation to the City Commission for approval of the sale of real property located at 1207 Avenue L, identified by Parcel ID: 2404-801-0055-000-5, PROSPERITY PARK BLK 3 LOT 4 to Team Facey Real Estate, LLC, Port St. Lucie, FL.
