SUBJECT:
Approval of transfers to cover a funding shortage to address the issue for the Sunrise Theatre in the amount of $225,000.00 from Solid Waste and $225,000.00 from FPRA.
SUMMARY:
During the 4th Quarter Preliminary Financial Report Commission was made aware of the shortfall in Sunrise Theatre and the need to transfer funds. The Sunrise Theatre needs $450,000 to address the shortfalls in the account. These funds will be transferred from FPRA, $225,000 and Solid Waste, $225,000 fund balances.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve as requested.
ALTERNATIVES:
The City Commission may allocate an amount deemed appropriate.
