SUBJECT:
Approval of the Collective Bargaining Agreement covering the period of October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2023.
SUMMARY:
The City of Fort Pierce has engaged in negotations with the Teamsters Local 769 Union for a Collective Bargaining Agreement covering the period of October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2023. The attached agreement was ratified by Union membership on May 25, 2021 and is now being submitted for the City Commission.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of Collective Bargaining Agreement.
ALTERNATIVES:
Proceed as directed by City Commission.
