SUBJECT:
Resolution 21-R31 reappointing Claudette Pelletier, Esq. as a Special Magistrate.
SUMMARY:
RFP 2019-010 provided for the selection of special magistrates which provided for an initial term and two (2), 2-year renewal options. Special Magistrate Pelletier has asked to exercise the first of two renewal options.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt 21-R31.
ALTERNATIVES:
Seek additional applicants.
