SUBJECT:
Resolution 21-R33 Approving Lease of Space in City Hall to Brian Mast United States Representative for a monthly rental payment of $250.00.
SUMMARY:
Congressman Mast requested office space at Fort Pierce City Hall to meet with constituents and for public announcements or media briefings.
The terms of the lease agreement are similar to the terms of the lease agreement with State Representative Delores Hogan-Johnson and State Representative Larry Lee.
The proposed resolution and lease agreement has been reviewed and approved as to form and correctness by the City Attorney.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the adoption of Resolution 21-R33 thereby authorizing a lease agreement with Congressman Mast.
