SUBJECT:
Presentation and Public Hearing on the Draft 2021-2025 Five-Year Consolidated Plan and the Draft 2020 Annual Action Plan.
SUMMARY:
Draft CDBG Five-Year Consolidated Plan for 2021-2025 & the 2020 Action Plan are available for public review & comment July 14, 2021- August 14, 2021. Plan presentation will be followed by 2 public hearings, as required by HUD. The 2nd public hearing will be held on August 16, 2021. Plans will be submitted to HUD by Aug 16th.
RECOMMENDATION:
Allow a presentation and public hearing for the CDBG 5-Year Consolidated Plan for 2021-2025 and the 2020 Annual Action Plan.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not allow the presentation and Public Hearing.
