SUBJECT:
Resolution 21-R38 appointing Tanya Earley as Interim City Attorney effective upon the resignation of Peter J. Sweeney.
SUMMARY:
It is good practice to make this interim appointment via resolution as is the case with the City Manager.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the resolution.
