SUBJECT:
Presentation of recommendations by Police Community Advisory Committee
SUMMARY:
The Police Community Advisory Committee has redesigned a Community Survey based on the previous input from the Commission. The Committee is requesting approval and permission to have City Staff put the survey on the City's website to collect data for the Committee. The survey is designed to solicit actionable input from the community to help guide the committee's recommendations regarding the Police Department moving forward.
RECOMMENDATION:
To approve the survey and direct City Staff to assist in putting the Police Community Advisory Committee's survey on the City's website.
ALTERNATIVES:
For the Commission to reject the request from the Police Community
Advisory Committee or provide future direction.
