Approval of Agreement for Purchase and Development of Fisherman's Wharf with Pierce 1 Marina, LLC which was approved by the FPRA Board on August 10, 2021.

At the Special Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency Meeting on March 22, 2021, the FPRA Board evaluated the two highest-ranked proposals received in response to RFP 2020-023 for the Redevelopment of Fisherman’s Wharf. The FPRA Board voted to enter into negotiations with Shelli Associates. The 90-day negotiation period was set to expire on June 20, 2021. At the FPRA Board Meeting on June 8, 2021, staff requested and was granted a 60-day extension for the negotiation period.  The negotiation has concluded, and the Agreement for Purchase and Development of Fisherman's Wharf was approved by the FPRA Board on August 10, 2021. It is now being presented for the review and consideration of the City Commission.

Staff recommends the approval of the Agreeement for Purchase and Development of Fisherman's Wharf with Pierce 1 Marina, LLC.

Staff will proceed as directed by the City Commission.
