Resolution 21-R58 authorizing the sale of 701 North 14th Street to the successful bidder, Telco Investments, LLC.
SUMMARY:
Staff seeks City Commission approval for the sale of 701 North 14th Street, Fort Pierce, to Telco Investments, LLC. in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) as determined by the City Commission to be the highest bid for the Real Property.
RECOMMENDATION:
