In accordance with Sections 125-37, 125-133, and 125-136 of the City Code, the applicant is requesting review and approval of a Zoning Atlas (Rezoning) Map amendment from Single Family, two (2) du/acre (E-2) to General Commercial (C-3) to develop the site for a future RV storage lot.
