RECOMMENDATION
In accordance with the Fort Pierce Code of Ordinances, Section 101-23 (4), staff recommends the Planning Board review the request and forward a recommendation to the City Commission for approval of the sale of real property located at 133 North 10th Street, identified by Parcel ID: 2409-513-0010-000-9, with a legal description of: FAIRMAUR PARK BLK 3 LOT 2 (OR 4080-2366) to Brenda Smith and John Bess of Washington, DC.
