- Submitted For:
- John Andrews
SUBJECT:
Request approval of FDEP Agreement No. S0696 Amendment No. 1 providing construction funding for stormwater improvements to Veterans Memorial Park with grant funding for both grants remaining unchanged.
SUMMARY:
This amendment addresses changes to the FDEP TMDL Grant's original Scope of Work. Staff recently became aware that piping and other conveyance systems would not be reimbursed under the FDEP 319 Grant which is currently under review. Therefore, piping and conveyance work were added to the scope of work under the TMDL Grant which then required an amendment and the bio-swales and other reimbursable construction was added to the 319 Grant work. Grant funding for both grants remain unchanged.
