Partial Release of Code Enforcement Lien in the amount of $58,200 against 1414 Avenue J, Ft. Pierce, FL, owned by Phillip Brutus, upon payment of $1500.00 payable within 60 days.
SUMMARY:
Request by Deutsche Bank NA to release 507 Hampton Place from the spreading lien attached to 1414 Avenue, upon payment of $1500.00.
The lien will remain in effect at 1414 Avenue J and against any other properties owned by Phillip Brutus within St. Lucie County.
