SUBJECT:

Waive interest, penalties, administrative fees in the amount of $624.24 for Lot Clearing Lien totaling $1,250.87 against 2610 Sunrise Boulevard, Ft. Pierce, FL, owned by Carr Investment Properties, Inc. (trustee)  contingent upon payment of $626.63 within 60 days. 
 

SUMMARY:

Request by Jayson Oneschuk, Carr Investment Properties, Inc. (trustee), 521 South Andrews Avenue, #7, Ft. Lauderdale, FL to waive administrative fees, interest, and penalties in the amount of $624.24 leaving a balance due of $626.63.

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends waiving interest, penalties, and administrative fees of $624.24 leaving a balance due of $626.63 payable in 60 days.
This recommendation is based on:

1.  Owner purchased the property and brought it into compliance making it an attractive, working part of the community.
 

ALTERNATIVES:

1.  Deny request.
2.  Determine alternative amount.
