Waive interest, penalties, and administrative fees in the amount of $547.15 for lot clearing lien against 507 Hernando St., Ft. Pierce, FL owned by David Steiner, 2580 Estates Dr., North Palm Beach, FL 33410 contingent upon payment of $590.70 within 60 days.

BACKGROUND: Mr. Steiner held a mortgage on this vacant lot since 2006 and took possession through foreclosure.
