SUBJECT:
Resolution No. 15-R19 authorizing the approval of Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Joint Participation Agreement (JPA) with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for fiscal year 2015/16.
SUMMARY:
The JPA allows the City to operate and maintain the State highway traffic signal system within the City limits of Fort Pierce. The JPA also allows FDOT to compensate the City for said operation and maintenance of the traffic signal system in the amount of $139,362.00 for fiscal year 2015/16.
