SUBJECT:
Review and approval of an application for Conditional Use with new construction submitted by Lawnwood Medical Center, Inc. to expand their existing facility at Lawnwood Pavilion, 1860 N Lawnwood Circle, Fort Pierce, Florida by 13,412 sq. ft. to add 16 licensed beds at their existing facility.
SUMMARY:
Approval of a Conditional Use w/ New Construction application to construct a 13,412 square-foot addition to an existing structure.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Commission approve the Conditional Use with new construction application.
ALTERNATIVES:
Approve with conditions.
