SUBJECT:
Request from Richard J. Cranmer, P.A., Jacobson Auction & Realty Company, 2103 Sunrise Boulevard, Ft. Pierce, FL 34950 for an extension of 60 days to pay reduced code enforcement liens totaling $3,304.80, which was approved by the City Commission on March 2, 2015.
SUMMARY:
At the March 2, 2015 Commission meeting, Mr. Crammer's request to reduce a code enforcement lien of $1,240.00 contingent upon paying the lot clearing and emergency repair liens ($2,064.80) against 1219 Avenue L, Ft. Pierce, FL 34950 within 60 days was approved. On June 22, 2015, Mr. Crammer submitted a request for extension of time of 60 days to pay the reduced liens totaling $3,304.80.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends granting Jacobson Auction & Realty Company the extension of time to pay the reduced liens.

- On June 11, 2015 the title company received a corrected deed and are now able to close.
