SUBJECT:

Approval of Interlocal Agreement with the School Board of St. Lucie County for Dan McCarty Middle School track improvements. 

SUMMARY:

Approval of an Interlocal Agreement with the School Board of St. Lucie County for resurfacing of the Dan McCarty Middle School track.  Cost of the improvements will be shared with the School Board contributing $19,000 of the total cost and the City contributing $23,000 for improvements to track.  Funding for this project was included in the CDBG 2014-2015 Annual Action Plan.
