SUBJECT:
Approval to purchase Christmas Tree and ornaments from Clark Sales Display, Inc. in the amount of $9,350.00 for the Avenue A/Indian River Drive round-a-bout and to award a contract to Let There Be Lights, Inc. to provide Holiday Lights at Marina Square in the amount of $27.000.00.
SUMMARY:
The Public Works Department is seeking approval to proceed with this installation of the Christmas tree at the Avenue A/Indian River Drive round-a-bout and the Holiday Lights at Marina Square.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Public Works Department is recommending approval for Let There Be Lights, Inc. and Clark Sales Display, Inc. to provide Holiday Decorations for the residents of the City of Fort Pierce.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not fund.
