SUMMARY:
The applicant is requesting a voluntary annexation of two (2) parcels At or near approximately 1500 feet east of the northeast corner of N Jenkins Road and Orange Avenue in Fort Pierce, Florida. The parcel ID(s) are 2407-231-0000-000-5, 2407-241-0001-000-3.
RECOMMENDATION:
As proposed, the annexation meets the standards of the City’s Comprehensive Plan, specifically Policy Section 1.11 regarding annexations. Planning Staff recommends approval of the proposed annexation along with the Future Land Use designations of RH, High Density Residential and General Commercial (GC) and the Zoning designation of PD, Planned Development.
