Conditional Use  - Longman Garage & Guest House - 1506 Thumb Point Drive

SUMMARY:

Approval of a Conditional Use to construct a two-story garage and guest house at the height of 29.8 feet (approximately 30 feet).

RECOMMENDATION:

The proposed Conditional Use application adheres to the requirements of the City Land Development Code and guidelines of the City’s Comprehensive Plan and does not appear to adversely affect the public health, safety, convenience, and general welfare. Therefore, Staff recommends APPROVAL of the requested application.
