Zoning Atlas Map Amendment - Allegra at Fort Pierce - Parcel ID: 2419-113-0001-000-6
SUMMARY:
In accordance with Sections 125-37, 125-133, and 125-136 of the City Code and Chapter 163.3184, F.S., the applicant is requesting the review and approval of a Zoning Atlas Map Amendment (Rezoning) from C-3, General Commercial Zone to R-4, Medium Density Residential Zone. The applicant intends to develop a multi-family development known as Allegra at Fort Pierce.
RECOMMENDATION:
The requested Application for a Zoning Atlas Map Amendment meets the criteria specified in 126-136 of the City Code, the Comprehensive Plan, and does not adversely affect the public health, safety, convenience, and general welfare. Therefore, Staff recommends that the Planning Board forward a recommendation of APPROVAL to the City Commission.
