Quasi-Judicial Hearing - Ordinance No. 22-002 Rezoning a property from Medium Density Residential (RM) to Planned Development (PD) generally located on the west side of Oleander Road, approximately 664 feet north of Tumblin Kling Road;  PCN: 2433-144-0002-000-3  FIRST READING
 

SUMMARY:

In accordance with Sections 125-212, 125-133, and 125-136, of the City Code, the applicant is requesting a Zoning Atlas Map amendment approval to develop a 50-unit single family home development on approximately 12.92 acres of land along Oleander Avenue north of Tumblin Kling Road. Currently, the site is a vacant wooded lot that City Code allows for single family as well as a variety of housing types.
