SUBJECT:
Approve the CDBG FY2021 Grant Funding Agreement.
SUMMARY:
HUD's Jacksonville Field Office has approved and electronically signed Transmittal Letter and FY2021 grant agreement(s). This transmittal letter is a binding agreement between HUD and the City of Fort Pierce. Signing this agreement will ensure a Line of Credit for Fiscal Year 2021 which will be used in accordance with all program requirements.This will ensure access to the City of Fort Pierce's funds.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of agreement with HUD to ensure funding for FY2021.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff shall proceed as directed by Commission.
