SUBJECT:
Approve award to Johnson-Davis, Incorporated for Ibis Avenue emergency drainage repairs in the amount not to exceed $40,695.00
SUMMARY:
Emergency drainage repairs on Ibis Avenue is required due to a sinkhole on residential property due to a failing discharge pipe. Due to time sensitivity and the location of the discharge pipe abutting private property, repairs are requested through the emergency contract with Johnson-Davis, Incorporated.
RECOMMENDATION:
Pursue repairs through the emergency contract
ALTERNATIVES:
Delay repairs and propose a request for bid
