SUBJECT:
Approval of Agreement for Professional Consulting Services Piggyback Contract with NUE Urban Concepts, LLC for the development of a Mobility Plan in the amount of $99,750.
SUMMARY:
At the City Commission meeting on February 16, 2021, Jonathan Paul of NUE Urban Concepts provided a presentation regarding the development of a Mobility Plan. Based on the feedback of the City Commission, a scope of services in the amount of $174,125 was presented for City Commission review and approved on May 3, 2021. The scope of services has subsequently been adjusted to meet the City's needs and is not to exceed $99,750. The City seeks to engage NUE Urban Concepts' services by means of cooperative purchasing, specifically "piggybacking" the City of Bradenton, Florida's Professional Services Agreement RFQ #18-07 Planning Services.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of Agreement for Professional Consulting Services.
