SUBJECT:

Approval of North 17th Street Roadway Improvements Change Order No. 2 in the total amount of $70,990.16.

SUMMARY:

This change order includes compensation for additional work on the North 17th Street Roadway Improvements. Changes include drainage adjustments to meet new pavement grades and increased materials due to field changes. Changes also include extended time for maintenance of traffic, job supervision and Florida Department of Environmental Protection permitting requirements.

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval
