SUBJECT:
Submittal of applications for the Historic Preservation Board.
SUMMARY:
By Ordinance 22-004, the City Commission modified the membership structure of the Historic Preservation Board to include five (5) individual Commission appointments and two (2) at-large appointments. Accordingly, all existing members will be removed and new appointments made by vote of the City Commission.
Current members are as follows: Suzanne Boardman, George Johansen, Michael Broderick, Kori Benton, Anthony Westbury, Holly Theuns and Charlie Hayek. Mr. Broderick is not seeking reappointment.

RECOMMENDATION:
Each commissioner should select an appointee from the submitted applications or recruit additional members. Once the selection is made, commissioners will select two additional members via vote.
