Approval of site dedication for the Fisherman's Wharf Bulkhead and Boat Ramp Phase II project as required by the Interlocal Agreement with St. Lucie County as part of the Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) grant.

St. Lucie County has requested and received financial assistance from the Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) for the improvements known as Fisherman's Wharf Bulkhead and Boat Ramp Phase II project.  The property were the improvements are made is owned by the City of Fort Pierce and by mutual agreement, St. Lucie County has completed the construction.  A requirement of the grant, is the need for the site to be dedicated for the use and benefit of the public for a minimum of twenty-five (25) years.  This is a request to the City Commission to dedicate the project boundary to enable St. Lucie County to receive the grant funding. 

Staff recommends approval of request.
