SUBJECT:
Acceptance of $10,000 donation from Carole L. Mushier for City of Fort Pierce South Beach Maintenance Fund.
SUMMARY:
The South Beach Maintenance Fund is a restricted account. The funding will only be used to cover the costs of ongoing maintenance and new minor projects on South Beach.
The Public Works Director shall be responsible for the utilization of the funds in the restricted account. Each maintenance cost and new minor project funded by the South Beach Maintenance Fund shall not exceed $5,000.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff will proceed as directed by the City Commission
ALTERNATIVES:
If the donation is not accepted by the City Commission then the check will be returned.
