SUBJECT:
Approval of First Amendment to Agreement for Purchase and Development of Fisherman's Wharf
SUMMARY:
The City of Fort Pierce and Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency entered into an Agreement for Purchase and Development of Fisherman’s Wharf with Pierce 1 Marina, LLC on August 16, 2021. The first amendment is to further extend the deadline for the City to cure the title objections and survey objections.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve First Amendment to Agreement for Purchase and Development of Fisherman's Wharf.
