SUBJECT:
Approve proposal to demolish the dilapidated structure behind Old St. Anastasia School in the amount of $6,454.00.
SUMMARY:
As the FPRA prepares for the redevelopment of the Old St. Anastasia School, the derelict structure behind the main building has been identified as a nuisance and is recommended for demolition. The City's demolition contractor, LEB Demolition and Consulting Contractors, Inc. provided the attached proposal in the amount of $6,454.00.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve proposal.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the FPRA Board.
