SUMMARY:
The intent of the Interior Uplift Grant is to remedy degraded building systems and extend the economic viability of a building. The goal is to remove deterioration and improve the energy efficiency of existing buildings making them more viable for occupancy.
The program offers financial assistance in the form of a reimbursable grant, matching 50% up to $10,000.
Staff evaluated the applications on the following evaluation criteria: visual Impact, activation of a vacant building, business type, and goals of the FPRA Plan.
The CRA Advisory Committee recommends approval to the FPRA Board to the highest ranked Interior Uplift Grant Applications. The maximum possible points was 200.
