SUBJECT:
Resolution 22-R26 authorizing sale of property held for the use and benefit of FPUA.
SUMMARY:
HEMINGWAYS have executed a contract of purchase and exchange, offering $40,000.00 and exchange conveyance to the CITY f/u/b/o FPUA, of ALL OF LOT 7, BLOCK 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF CARLTON’S ADDITION TO FORT PIERCE AFORESAID, all for the purchase of the Property.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution 22-R26
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not adopt, or adopt with changes.
