SUBJECT:
Approval of a Partial Release of Unity of Title near 2398 Peters Road.
SUMMARY:
The subject property was annexed on May 17, 2021, via Ordinance 21-004. It originally consisted of two parcels, which were rezoned to General Commercial (C-3) via Ordinance 21-016. After the rezoning and approval of the site development plan, the property owner recorded a unity of title, thereby combining the two parcels under parcel identification number 2324-123-0000-000-9. The property owner now seeks a partial release of unity of title so that it can donate a 10-foot right-of-way along Peters Road to St. Lucie County. A sketch is attached as Exhibit A to the proposed partial release of unity of title.
