SUBJECT:
Approve the CDBG FY2020 Grant Funding Agreement in the amount of $609,429.00.
SUMMARY:
HUD's Jacksonville Field Office has approved and electronically signed Transmittal Letter and FY2020 grant agreement(s). This transmittal letter is a binding agreement between HUD and the City of Fort Pierce. Signing this agreement will ensure a Line of Credit fo Fiscal Year 2020 which will be used in accordance with all program requirements. This is an amended agreement. The original agreement was executed in November 2021.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of agreement with HUD to ensure funding for FY2020.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff shall proceed as directed by Commission.
