SUBJECT:
Approval of a First Amendment to the Service Agreement with the Sunrise Humane Society, amending the termination clause for an effective date of October 4, 2022.
SUMMARY:
The two parties have agreed to establish a termination date to allow for the operation of the shelter to be transferred to the City.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the amendment as presented.
ALTERNATIVES:
Amend the proposed amendement.
