Approval of Police Department Blanket Purchase Orders for FY2022-2023

SUBJECT:

Approval of Blanket Purchase Orders for the Police Department for FY2022-2023 for a total of $435,036.

SUMMARY:

All the Police Department Divisions will purchase equipment, services and materials from the vendors with the best prices and products to meet the specific needs of the Department. Please see the attached list for the vendors, amounts and descriptions of products/services.

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval of this request.

ALTERNATIVES:

The alternative would be to issue individual purchase orders for every purchase, which would be very time-consuming and will lead to inefficiencies.
