SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing - Ordinance No. 22-034 creating an Affordable Housing Advisory Committee due to the larger allocation for the S.H.I.P. programs. SECOND READING
SUMMARY:
The establishment of the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) is mandated by the State of Florida to create Affordable Housing initiatives within the City of Fort Pierce.
RECOMMENDATION:
Acceptance public comments for the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Ordinance.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the Commission.
