SUMMARY:
Request for review of a Future Land Use Map Amendment of one (1) parcel of land to change the future land use classification from Medium Density Residential (RM) to High Density Residential (RH) for 4.883 acres of the parcel.
RECOMMENDATION:
The requested application for a Future Land Use Map Amendment (FLUMA) meets the criteria specified in Section 125-136 of the City Code, thr Comprehensive Plan, and does not adversely affect the public health, safety, convience, and general welfare. Therefore, Staff recommends APPROVAL of the proposed FLUMA.
