REQUESTED ACTION

Certificate of Appropriateness #23-62 and Variance - Fence - 1009 Delaware Avenue

SUMMARY

The applicant is requesting approval of a COA to allow for the following additions:
· installation of a new 6 feet white PVC fence 21 feet from the north property line within front yard as shown on the attached site plan. 
· installation of a new 6 feet white PVC fence 3 feet from the west property line within side street yard as shown on the attached site plan. 
· installation of a new 6 feet white PVC fences on the east and south property lines as shown on the attached site plan. 
· Installation of a 5 feet wide entry gate on the north side and two 10 feet wide vehicle entry gates on the west and east side of the property as shown on the attached site plan.
The applicant also requested a variance to deviate from City Code Section 125-322.(c)(1), which allows for a maximum height of the fence located within the required front yard to be four (4) feet. The height of the proposed fences that are located within the required front yard is six (6) feet.
