SUBJECT:
Approval of Amended Florida Job Growth Infrastructure Grant.
SUMMARY:
Amendment #2, submitted here for signature, functions to capture that portion of the amendment that was overlooked. It combines all remaining funds into Deliverable #3 Construction so that the grant expenditures from this point out will be reimbursed from Construction and not from the other two deliverables, which are already completed.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve and sign the second amended agreement.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as recommended by the Commission.
