SUBJECT:
Resolution 23-R26 Authorizing the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Four Lighting Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement for Orange Avenue (S.R. 68) from North 32nd Street to US 1 (S.R. 5)
SUMMARY:
The Florida Department of Transportation will be resurfacing Orange Avenue (S.R. 68) in Fort Pierce from N 32nd Street to west of US 1 (S.R. 5). Included in this project is the replacement and addition of existing street lighting.
This Agreement (attached) will supersede a portion of the Original Lighting Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement dated May 5, 2005 (attached).

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend approval of the Lighting Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement, recommend signing the Agreement and the Resolution.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not sign the Agreement.
