SUBJECT:
Resolution 23-R29, amending the Building Department fee schedule.
SUMMARY:
The Building Department is requesting adoption of Resolution No. 23-R29, which will amend Department Permit Compliance Review (DPCR); permit and plan review fees; incentive and optional service fees and reductions; penalty fees; contractor licensing fees; and miscellaneous service fees.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 23-R29, amending the Building Department fee schedule.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve at this time.
