SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 23-029 Amending Chapter 103, Article V, Amending Section 103-203 Regulation of Stormwater Run-off. FIRST READING
SUMMARY:
The purpose of this Ordinance is to provide clarity with regard to stormwater requirements; and ensure that all construction shall be designed and constructed so that surface waters and post-development stormwater run-off shall not result in flooding or damage to adjacent properties.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of proposed Ordinance - 23-029 Amending Chapter 103, Article V, Amending Section 103-203 Regulation of Stormwater Run-off.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve at this time.
