SUMMARY:

Request for review of an application for a Future Land Use Map Amendment of a portion of one (1) parcel of land to change the future land use classification from Medium Density Residential, RM, to High Density Residential, RH, for 4.883 acres of parcel 2418-322-0001-000-5.

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff's recommendation is for the City Commission to approve the proposed Future Land Use Map Amendment.
