SUBJECT:
Approval of Unit Price Construction Contract for Bid No. 2023-007, The Oak's at Moore's Creek Phase II Subdivision, to PRP Construction Group, LLC., Indiantown, FL, in the amount of $635,449.15.
SUMMARY:
During the December 19, 2022, City Commission meeting, Commission awarded Bid No. 2023-007 to PRP Construction Group, LLC, for the construction of the subdivision improvements and associated with this project the extension of Means Court roadway between Avenue B and Moore's Creek.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.
