SUBJECT:
Approval to purchase traffic signal supplies from Econolite, Jacksonville, FL, in the amount of $97,518.00.
SUMMARY:
The materials to be purchased will provide stock inventory to ensure proper operation of the existing closed loop traffic signal system currently in place within the City of Fort Pierce city limits.
The Purchasing Division has reviewed and investigated this request and found that all information and justification to be correct. It is on this basis that I recommend that competitive procurement be waived and that the above item be treated as a "Sole Source" commodity.
